This prop was created for a small unreleased FPS game. Since the prop was located on a dock in a tropical area, I wanted to show plenty of grime that had built up from being near the water for such a long time. I imagined this prop to have been around for a while. I pictured it as one that was not rented from a company, but “acquired”. Hence the simple duct-taped signage instead of a sign with a company logo and phone number.
